ESTIMATION OF THE LEVEL OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATION BUSINESS PROCESSES AT THE ENTERPRISES OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the formation of an integrated production and logistics chain. His structural elements are investigated and vectors of integration of process innovations are defined. The main directions of activities of the subjects of the integrated production and logistics chain are indicated: supply, production, marketing, sales and service. There is a list of innovative business processes at “Eurocar”, covering the development of the company in terms of developing a strategy or plan for enterprise development, acquisition of existing knowledge, acquisition of research results, machines, structures, equipment and software, technology transfer and the development of production through dictation and digitalization processes. The indexes of realization of potential of innovative business processes and process innovations in industrial-logistic chains of leaders of automobile industry of Ukraine are analyzed. The perspective directions of development of innovative business processes in the automotive industry of Ukraine are determined taking into account the trends of globalization. The scheme of integration of process innovations in the integration production-logistics chain and the matrix of the chain of substitutions of the values of the level of realization of the potential of integration business processes and process innovations with the performance indicators of “Eurocar” is constructed.
