European experience of implementation of the state policy for the reconstruction of the economy

Abstract
In the article the researchers considered the experience of the implementation of the state policy for the reconstruction of the economy in the European Union. The authors analyzed the legal foundations of the reconstruction of the economy at the stage of overcoming the consequences of the global financial and economic crisis in certain European countries. In the article there is a conclusion about the validity and effectiveness of adopting foreign experience in the process of reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy.
