The definition, characteristics and types of goods in customs law

Abstract
The article is devoted to investigation the definition and features of the goods in the customs law and establishment of its types. During the study of legislative and scientific approaches to the definition of the goods found that the most of the legal provisions dealing with the definition of goods and their features is concentrated in the Acts that govern the financial and customs relations. It was set out that the goods in customs law recognized movables, currency and cultural values, as well as electricity as a special object of law. It is proved that the electricity due to physical and technical characteristics cannot temporarily stored under customs control. It was investigated the relation of the goods with vehicles for commercial purposes in the customs law and concluded about the necessity of distinguish this terms.
