EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF THE JUDICIAL EXPERT ACTIVITY ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The increase in the efficiency of forensic criminal activity depends on the state of its organization, its compliance with the current needs of the practice of combating crime and scientific and technological achievements, designed to meet these needs. The system of such an organization in its concrete terms is regulated by legislation and departmental normative acts of a particular country. The legal regulation of forensic expert activity in most European countries is based on the criminal-procedural law, and departmental normative regulations largely determine the procedure for the implementation of intra-system activities. Therefore, the problem of the organizational structure of the expert-forensic divisions of European countries, their competence and organization of activity have to be researched.
