Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problems of modern realization of state policy within counteraction the organized crime. Analyzed the scientific accesses to the entity of the organized crime. Defined the causes that contribute for the rising of the organized crime`s level in modern conditions. Proposed the perspective ways of state policy within the struggle with the organized crime.
