EUROPEAN STANDARDS OF THE LEGAL PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IN THE CITY

Abstract
The article provides an overview of the European Union standards in the field of environmental protection in cities. The recommendations on the implementation of relevant standards in the legal system of Ukraine are outlined. Particular attention is paid to the EU’s Seventh Environmental Action Program.
