ENTITLED TO A COMPULSORY SHARE OF PROPERTY INHERITED IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The author defines the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the right to a compulsory share in the inheritance of property in different legal systems; it allocates subject composition, the amount of such shares. Also in the article the countries which at the legislative level don’t regulate such legal design are determined. In the article the question of feasibility of existence of such right and a possibility of its replacement with property systematic content of separate categories of heirs is brought up.
