Journal Title: Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation - Year 2015, Vol 16, Issue 3

Abstract

The master’s thesis is presented on 111 pages. The paper contains the following parts: Introduction, Theoretical part, Rese-arch, composed of Methodology of Research, Analysis and Interpretation of Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Recom-mendations, Attachments and Literature. The Introduction explains the concept of cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus. Cerebral palsy is chronic, no progressive damage of the brain, which can be developed during pregnancy, birth or in the first few years of the postnatal period (the slow psychomotor early-development). Hydrocephalus repre-sents increased quantity of cerebral liquid and expansion of the cerebral ventricles. The way of life and the everyday func-tioning depends on the type of the cerebral palsy and whether the child is diagnosed with hydrocephalus.
