Evolution of ideas of the subject of work and change of system of the social and labor relations

Abstract
During the analysis of the evolution of system of the social and labor relations the interrelation between elements of this system and character of a technological way of production is revealed. The main factors defining process of socialization of the labor relations are change of a role of the person on production and high-quality changes in social differentiation, technological and organizational changes, change of system of values, interests and motivations, transformation of views of cultural bases of managing. These factors define also a new phase of development of the public relations within post-industrial realities which intrinsic characteristics are processes of a humanization and socialization of the labor relations.
