Abstract
This article describes issues related to exploitation indicators in fleet management, DEMATEL methodology and fuzzy logic. An integration of both methods was also proposed, which was used to evaluate the KPI factors. This article can be useful to people from the transport industry who are interested in modern issues in fleet vehicles management.
