Experience of development of shopping centers in the Great Britain.

Abstract
Is investigated process of origin and development of shopping centers in мthe Great Britain, and problems which thus arose, and approaches to their decision are analyzed. It is considered the significant effect on trade organization of achievements of science and technology and upgrade of technologies. The essence of modern strategy of the concentrated trade and services in the Great Britain, and also actions of the city authorities for involvement of investors to creation of the modern shopping centers concerning rendering to them the help in an assessment of a real situation on receiving profit of these or those decisions is captured. Results of questionnaire of tenants of floor spaces, managers and other ranking officers of tenants are given in 12 largest shopping centers of the Middlesbrough city in the Great Britain.
