Experimental Investigation on the Positioning Accuracy of the Translation Module of a 6-DOF Industrial Robot

Abstract
The paper presents an experimental investigation regarding the positioning accuracy and kinematical parameters of the base translation module of a 6-DOF industrial robot. The positioning error of the translation module was computed for two cases: one way movement and reversed movement.
