Facial nerve neurinoma

Abstract
The authors present the case of a 28-year-old man, with facial nerve neurinoma. The patient showed a 3-year history of left facial weakness and ipsilateral hearing disturbance. He was treated by surgery, with lateral petrosectomy. Diagnostic problems and methods of treatment are discussed
