FEATURE HATE SPEECH AS A PROBLEM OF POLITICAL SPACE

Abstract
In this article the varieties of interpretation of the concept of «hate speech», describes the main characteristics of this concept. The role of «hate speech» in the information space. Identified various manifestations of hate speech in the modern world.The purpose of this floor is to determine the characteristics of hate speech as a problem of political discourse. While writing the work, following methods were used: comparative, definition of views on the definition of the term «hate speech»; the system, in the study of the language of hatred as a whole many elements in the totality of political relations and relationships. comprehensive coverage of the problem from different angles, different scientists; analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction and others. The use of «hate speech» in Ukrainian political discourse is becoming increasingly important both in Ukraine and around the world, thereby stimulating the emergence of new forms of modern warfare. Despite the fairly frequent use of the term «hate speech», today has no established definition of this concept. In this work several different approaches to the interpretation of «hate speech», the impact of hate speech on the modern society,the dissemination of «hate speech» in the media and on the Internet. Also reflected in the activities on combating «hate speech», particularly in the Internet that are actively implementing the Council of Europe. A special role was given to the manifestations of hate speech in verbal and iconic form, the new form of wars which are accompanied by the active use of hate speech. This theme can be applied at various conferences and student readings, set forth in such disciplines as political science, history, pornanna political science, political psychology, political research equipment and many other.
