FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL CONSOLIDATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICE IN THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights the peculiarities of the service in the bodies of the National Police, which is a special service of the state, which is the professional activity of police officers in the execution of the powers entrusted to the police. The requirements for candidates for service in the National Police of Ukraine are highlighted, experience of foreign countries is provided. There are restrictions on the service of the National Police. The authors stress that further improvement of the national legislation regulating the requirements for candidates for service in the police will help to resolve the issues of adequate police staffing, which is currently in the process of reforming.
