FEATURES OF COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NATURAL EMERGENCIES IN CIVIL LAW

Abstract
The article analyzes the content and main distinctive features of the compensation obligations for harm caused by nat- ural emergencies. The peculiarities of the causal relationship are disclosed as a mandatory condition for the emergence of the obligation to perform compensation for damage within the framework of such obligations. Particular attention is paid to the study of current judicial practice.
