MODERN PROBLEMS OF THE EXISTENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF FAMILY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article states that one of the most important social institutions of any state is the institution of the family. The development of the industrial and postindustrial (informational) society, changes in the demographic structure, and the transformations that take place in social and political life, cause certain changes in the life of the family as a social institu- tion. Therefore, the urgent issues of criminology, sociology and psychology are the study of negative aspects in the devel- opment of the family institution. The main cause of family problems is the conflicts of the interpersonal, social, everyday, psychological and physiological nature, which are most often conditioned by socio-economic, socio-political and moral conditions of life of people and their ability to overcome the difficulties that arise in everyday reality.
