PROCESSOAL-LEGAL FEATURES OF CONTRACTING A WINDOW RECOGNITION AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the procedure for the implementation rules of criminal procedural law concerning the application of the institute of agreements in criminal proceedings. The focus is on the positive aspects of this institute implementation in practice and also on those provisions that give rise to certain problematic and controversial situations in this institute implementation. The conclusions and suggestions aimed at improvement of criminal legislation in the mentioned sphere are formulated.
