FEATURES OF CORPORATE RIGHTS INHERITANCE

Abstract
The legislation in the aspect of inheritance of corporate rights is analyzed in the article and all possible cases and problems which lawyers encounter in practice are reviewed. The definition of the objects of inheritance is made, based on current rules of civil and сommercial legislation, as well as based on the views of prominent scholars.
