LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF WORK BY CITIZENS OF UKRAINE ABROAD

Abstract
The article examines the legal grounds for the performance of work by Ukrainian citizens abroad. For example, this is the conclusion of an employment contract with a foreign employer. Some reasons for illegal labor migration are indicated. Attention is focused on new terminology: "informal employment", "informal economy", "undeclared work", "illegal work", "hidden work". Various approaches of the states to the decision of a question on illegal labor migration, including concerning Ukraine are specified.
