TO THE QUESTION ABOUT MODERN TRENDS OF THE REFORMING OF THE PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION AGENCIESIN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article pays attention to the issue of the current state policy in the sphere of reforming the pre-trial investigation agencies. The author focuses on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, as well as on the bodies of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine, which is vested with powers of pre-trial investigation. The author demonstrates statistical data on the work of individual bodies, and also states significant successes in their work. The article also analyzes the reasons for which the start of work of some bodies is significantly delayed.
