FEATURES OF CUSTOMS REGIMES APPLICATION OF UKRAINE IN EU INTEGRATION CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article considers the current realities of the application of customs regimes in Ukraine. The features of the application of customs regimes in Ukraine and the European Union are investigated. Highlighted differences in the customs legislation of the EU and Ukraine. The regulatory framework has been defined, in accordance with which there will be changes in the legislation of Ukraine. The necessity of reforming the Ukrainian customs.
