FEATURES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGNERS BY CANADA AND US LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation of employment of foreigners by the legislation of Canada and the USA. The author of the article describes aspects of international legal regulation of the right to work, as well as international legal protection of migrant workers. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the basic legal acts that are in force in the field of labor migration in the USA and Canada, and the system of bodies operating in this field in these countries is highlighted.
