Journal Title: Ukrainian Scientific Medical Youth Journal / Український Науково-Медичний Молодіжний Журнал - Year 2012, Vol 70, Issue 4
Abstract
This work explained the using of ultrahigh frequency irradiation of pleural empyema“s area, which contributes to a significant reduction of leukocyte“s infiltration of granulation tissue. Notes the rapid beginning of active proliferation of cellular elements fibroplastic“s range that marks the transition of inflammatory reaction to productive phase. The result of this treatment“s strategy is reducing and in some places absence of adhesions in the pleural space, and absence of subpleural pleurogenously pneumosclerosis and deformation of lung parenchyma.
