Abstract
The article presents the results of the theoretical and empirical research of the problem of the behavioral component of the personality professional development crisis at early adulthood (for example, law enforcement). Under the professional development of the individual, scientists understand the process of formation of professional orientation, competence, socially important and professionally important qualities and their integration, readiness for constant professional growth, search of the optimal methods of qualitative and creative performance of activity in accordance with individual psychological peculiarities of a person. Summarizing the views of scientists on this issue, we have identified five components of the crisis of professional development of the individual, identified the following components: cognitive, emotional, value-motivational, behavioral and personal. Theoretical analysis of the problem showed that the behavioral component of the crisis of professional development of the person manifests itself in the ability to make independent decisions, to manage and control their own behavior, to realize acquired knowledge, skills, experience for successful performance of professional activity; and also reflects on how exactly the crisis of professional formation affects the daily life of respondents, its external manifestation and characteristics during the observation. That is, the behavioral component of the crisis determines the possibility of self-regulation of its own behavior and activities, involves the implementation of professional activities, the ability to self-efficacy and adaptability of the individual. The obtained empirical evidence suggests that the features of the behavioral component of the crisis of professional development of an individual in early adulthood include the low and average level of self-efficacy, insufficient level of behavioral regulation, communicative and adaptive potential.
