Features of the contract as a source of civil law of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of issues of assigning the contract to sources of civil law in Ukraine. The analysis of their features, types and place of contract in the system of sources of civil law has been made. It is concluded that the treaty acts as a regulator of social relations that are not regulated by acts of civil law and thus helps to overcome the gaps in civil law and problems in implementing the implementation of the relevant private law.
