The financial and legal responsibility of budgetary institutions for the violation of budget legislation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the financial and legal responsibility of budgetary institutions for violation of budget legislation. Specificity of measures of financial responsibility for violation of budget legislation has been determined, a legal mechanism for stopping operations with budget funds has been disclosed.
