Transnational civil society as a feature of transnationalization of modern constitutionalism

Abstract
The article analyzes transnational civil society as feature of the transnationalization of modern constitutionalism. The analysis of approaches to the understanding of the concept of transnational civil society is conducted and is found that there is an active formation of a transnational civil society as a set of actors of civil society operating on several levels (local, national and international, in their interaction), thus coordinating their efforts to resolve issues, which are common to many countries of the world.
