FEATURES OF THE PAYMENT OF THE AGREED AMOUNTS OF MONETARY OBLIGATIONS FARMS AFTER THEIR COURT APPEAL

Abstract
Recent issues raised in farms, to pay the agreed amounts of tax liabilities, the results of regulatory appeal against decisions in administrative and court procedures are studied in the article. The ways of improving the tax legislation, regulating payment of the agreed amounts of the liability are specified.
