Abstract
The scientific article defines the peculiarities of appeal of decisions, actions or inactivity of subjects of public administration, which carry out administrative procedures in the field of social protection of the population in the court proceedings of an administrative case. The author substantiates the expediency of improving the legal regulation of the procedure for holding the previous meeting before the trial. In particular, it is considered expedient to establish the terms of holding the preparatory meeting from the moment of receipt of the administrative claim, as well as the definition of cases where the parties are not allowed to reconcile.
