FLASH CHROMATOGRAPHY AND ITS ADVANCEMENT: AN OVERVIEW
Journal Title: Int J of Pharm Res & Analy - Year 2014, Vol 4, Issue 5
Abstract
Flash chromatography is widely used for purification of low molecular weight natural compounds and products of organic synthetic reactions. Modern flash techniques include the use of convenient disposable flash cartridges instead of glass columns. Flash purification systems allow users to speed up the purification process for quicker results and higher throughput. In this review, we present the introduction of FC, the principle involved, instrumentation, general procedure and advancement in Flash chromatography along with its applications
RP-HPLC METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF ARTEMETHER AND LUMIFANTRINE IN PURE AND MARKETED FORMULATION
ABSTRACT A simple, rapid, precise and accurate reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of Artemether in combination with Lumefantrine. Thi...
RP-HPLC METHOD DEVELOPMENT & VALIDATION FOR SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF TRITHIOPARAMETHOXYPHENYL PROPANE (ANETHOLE TRITHIONE) AND CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE IN TABLET DOSAGE FORM
ABSTRACT A Simple, precise and rapid RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for simultaneous Estimation of Trithiparamethoxyphenyl propene (Anetholetrithione) and Chlorpheniramine Maleate in tablet dosage form....
AN OVERVIEW ON HIGH PERFORMANCE CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS
ABSTRACT High performance Capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) is a separation technique in which the analytes are separated on the basis of differences in their charge-to-size ratios. This makes HPCE especially suit...
ATTENUATED TOTAL REFLECTANCE SPECTROSCOPY: AN OVERVIEW
Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) is today the most widely used FTIR sampling tool. ATR generally allows qualitative or quantitative analysis of samples with little or no sample preparation which greatly speeds sample a...
ISOLATION AND CHARACTERISATION OF MULTI DRUG RESISTANCE STRAINS FROM SKIN OF COWRANCH WORKERS
When drug resistance occurs, the drug or combination of drugs loses its ability to block the germ from reproducing. Over time, the treatment can stop working completely. This means the drugs become less effective....
