FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article foreign and home experience of management a personnel is considered on an enterprise, in particular experience of Japan, USA, France, Chile. The most expedient methods of management a personnel are certain on the enterprises of Ukraine. The necessity of introduction is described and underline on the domestic enterprises of the system ”LifeLong Learning”.
