FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN REGULATING THE INSTITUTE OF PROVIDING EVIDENCE IN THE CIVIL PROCESS

Abstract
The article examines the mechanisms of regulation of the institute for providing evidence in foreign countries. Countries such as Russia, the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, Singapore, etc. were the basis for the study. On the basis of the review of the legislative arrays of the respective states, the peculiarities of the regulation of the institute providing evidence in the civil process, which are characteristic of them, are singled out.
