Foreign experience of automation of implementation of customs control and customs clearance procedures on goods which are transported through the customs border by water transport

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of foreign experience of automation of implementation of customs control and customs clearance procedures on goods which are transported through the customs border. Particularly, the experience of European Countries includes practice of using ASYCUDA. Countries of American Continent as a rule use Cargo Targeting System. And the Russian Federation started to use pilot project of the system “Sea Port”. Advantages and disadvantages of these systems are analyzed by the author in the article. Proposals for improving of Ukrainian customs practice of automation of implementation of customs control and customs clearance procedures on goods which are transported through the customs border are formulated. The author emphasizes, that the most rational experience for Ukraine is experience of using the ASYCUDA.
