Formal and legal aspects of the projects financed from EU funds

Abstract
A key challenge for organizations in the contemporary world is a successful balance between current business and change business. The article presents a different approach to project management, with particular focus projects co-financed from EU funds. It highlights the key provisions of the grant agreement, focusing mainly on the obligations of the beneficiary underwith the provisions of the agreement, the fulfillment of which determines the possibility of spending of EU funds.
