Abstract
The article analyzes various scientific approaches to the formation and upbringing of the health culture of youth in Ukraine as one of the priorities of public policy in the field of health care. The state of development and introduction of state programs in the field of public health has been studied, which acquire special significance, acting as a mechanism for solving important social problems, including in the health care system.
