REGIONAL STATE ADMINISTRATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND THEIR ROLE IN THE COMPLEX PROVISION OF MANAGERIAL DECISIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of the place of regional state administrations in the hierarchical system of public administration and the significance and role of the managerial documents they create in the integrated management of the implementation of managerial decisions. Bodies of executive power create a peculiar system, the main purpose of which is the execution and the provision of executions of the positions of the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of the state. An important role of public administration in ensuring the stable development of society determines its essence as a multi-faceted organizing activity of the state, which is carried out on the basis and in accordance with the current legislation through the practical activities of executive authorities. The main directions of activity of the regional state administration apparatus and the main functions of the general department on the issues of document management carried out by him are indicated. The place of document management in the system of public administration is outlined.
