Formation of administrative competence for future factors of physical culture and sports

Abstract
Having analyzed the scientific achievements concerning the managerial competence of future specialists in physical culture and sports, it has been established that this competence is a complex multicomponent concept, which in modern scientific literature is characterized by such scientific approaches as sociocultural, activity, communicative, professional, context-informational and psychological. It is proved that the managerial competence of the future specialist in physical culture and sports is a set of key competencies that en compass the knowledge system of the basics of management theory. The key competences of a specialist in physical education and sport should include the following competencies, such as: social and personal, personally-individual, educational, analytical, evaluation and control, economic, social motivational psychological informational and communicative. In order that the specialist was not only managerial competence, but also be able to apply it in their professional activities, it is necessary to ensure the expansion of the boundaries of professional training in the sphere of physical culture and sport, based on advanced approaches in teaching and new educational standards
