Forming elements of leadership strategy restaurant business enterprises

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to identify the key elements for shaping leadership development strategies in the personnel management of restaurant enterprises. In the article substantiates the relevance of the development and implementation of the strategy of leadership development at restaurants in the restaurant industry. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization. Findings. The interrelations and interdependence of strategy of development of leadership and corporate and business strategies of the enterprise are shown. Elements of strategy of development of leadership at enterprises of restaurant economy are determined. Practical value. The following areas of formation (sections) of leadership development strategies in the restaurant industry have been identified, such as the formation of the required number of leaders, the development of their qualitative characteristics, the formation of leadership skills and behavior, the realization of leadership potential in the area of consumer loyalty development, the use of leadership creativity in order to modernize the business strategy.
