FORMING FOREIGN COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE LAW-ENFORCEMENT SPECIALISTS (BASED ON THE MANUAL «CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT»)

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of foreign communication competence and states that the fluency of foreign language is evidence of the professional potential of a law enforcement specialist. Expansion of interethnic professional relations becomes of special urgency issues of foreign language training of law enforcement officers who would fluently speak a foreign language. The main tasks of forming a foreign language communicative competence are as follows: creation of positive motivation for their assimilation; formation of skills and abilities in all kinds of speech activity; the assimilation of knowledge about the most important linguistic units necessary and sufficient for the formation of communicative oriented speech. The authors of the article point out that the use of special educational aids should form a foreign-language communicative competence, namely to develop the skills of oral and written professional communication in a foreign language, to form the readiness of law enforcement officers for interpersonal professional communication. Teaching materials in the course of a foreign language should be informationally rich, contain foreign language lexical and grammatical materials and cover the professionally significant sphere of activity of future law enforcement officers. The material of the manual should be constructed so that students and cadets use it both during classes and during the independent development of conversational topics for the progress of oral speech.
