ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ ОПЕРАТИВНОГО МОНИТОРИНГА ФИНАНСОВЫХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ОЦЕНКИ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОЙ ПОЗИЦИИ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ

Abstract
One of the factors in the successful implementation of anti-crisis management policy is financial performance monitoring and control. In this context, the financial stability parameters analysis and assessment imply, primarily, evaluation of a company paying capacity; moreover, it enables identifying the composition and trending the dynamics of the resources required for the company development. That said, the problematics of the issues raised to enhance the financial stability should cover the comprehensive approaches of the general economic analysis, rather than being limited with purely financial one. The strategic potential of a company and its financial standing monitoring are interrelated and interdependent categories in the current economic conditions. The company monitoring system allows for the online independent evaluation of its development trends, getting the information on the strategic potential use levels, on the dynamics of its ongoing and potential changes, performing operating analysis of the company financial standing and the key factors determining its investment operations in conjunction with the monetary policy instruments. This paper shows the on-line monitoring system as a factor of a company anti-crisis policy in the new economic context and proposes a range of indicators showing the priorities of the financial operations improvement as well as the analysis of the company strategic position by the instrumentality of Shell matrix.
