General trends of development external preparation of property rights in the european space of higher education

Abstract
In the article the features of foreign language training for experts in law in the leading universities of Central, Northern and Eastern Europe, which are members of the European Higher Education Area; a selection of the universities is made according to their indexes at the Shanghai Ranking for 2018. The general trend of foreign language training of lawyers in all cycles of higher education in these countries are determined: the presence of Bachelor and Master courses taught in foreign, mostly English language; functioning of the international Englishlanguage programs in law (one to five) for researcher for all levels of higher education, which is the best stimulus for learning a foreign language; enable the possibility of the preparation of the thesis in foreign, typically English language. In addition, in this article is presented a detailed list of new Master's and Doctoral programs in law, functioning in these European universities. It is described a distance master program “Human Rights and Forced Displacement”, which includes the study of such acute for Ukraine online courses, as “Forced Displacement and Human Rights”; “Trafficking in Persons”; “Protection of Refugees”; “Protection of Stateless Persons”; “Protection of Internally Displaced Persons” (University of Heidelberg, Germany). It is considered the latest integrated master's program “Restructuring of the Enterprises“, dedicated to the study and research of legal and economic issues related to the crisis of the enterprises (ibid). Since the failure of enterprises as legal entities is always disastrous economic and social consequences – depreciation of funds of the sponsors, debts to suppliers, increasing an unemployment, the losses of tax funds by the state, for early detection and effective solution of such problems require highly trained experts with a legal and economic education, where now there is a growing demand. It is characterized the international English-language Master's programs implemented at the universities of Helsinki (Finland): “The Democracy and Global Transformations”, “The Economy, the State and Society”, “European Studies” and “International Business Law and Public International Law and Stockholm (Sweden)”: “Law and Information Communication Technology and “Law of European Integration”. It should be emphasized that the article gives specific requirements of the foreign universities on the knowledge of the researchers who wish to participate in these programs
