GENESIS OF CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY IN AUSTRIA (1848–1867 YEARS)

Abstract
The article analyzes the unilateral constitutional acts of the king, which reflect the movement of the Austrian constitutional monarchy in the mid-nineteenth century. Particular attention is paid to the Austrian Constitution in 1849 as a unique example of European constitutionalism. Conclusions regarding the limited steps to restore the parliamentary system.
