IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article considers the current state of implementation of the latest information technologies in the context of their use in the management of public authorities in Ukraine. The definition of the term “the latest information technologies” is considered, which allows to significantly expand the channels of interaction between the state and its citizens, to improve the quality of this interaction and thus contribute to the strengthening of civil society.The article draws attention to the fact that the strategic tasks of introducing the latest information technologies are to overcome information inequality, to rebuild relations with citizens, to improve the technologies of public administration in order to ensure transparency and accessibility of citizens’ access to administrative services. The issue of further purposeful implementation of scientific and technological achievements in both managerial and other important activities of the state in the article is considered from the perspective of continuous improvement of the state mechanism and its right regulation.
