GENESIS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE STATUS OF SUBJECTS OF SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and scientific views of scientists, the genesis of legal regulation of the status of subjects of scientific and scientific and technical activity is researched. It is proved that at the beginning of Ukraine’s independence one of the top priorities was the radical renewal of legislation, which also fully concerned legislation in the field of scientific and scientific and technical activities. It was emphasized that the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity” in 2014, became a fundamentally new stage in the development of legal regulation of the status of subjects of scientific and scientific and technical activity.
