Genesis of support for court session

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the genesis of ensure order for the court session. Investigated the progressive development of the phenomenon from biblical sources to the current procedural codes of Ukraine. It was found that ensure order for the court session consisting of internal and external parts. It is proved that thebehavior form ofparticipants and those present in the court session personsrefers to thegeneral conditions of the trialaimed at strengthening independent judiciary.
