Abstract
The article is a historical analysis of regulations concerning criminal liability for treason in times of formation of national criminal legislation of Ukraine. Based on the research conclusions about the historiography of criminal liability for treason in Ukraine В статье проводится исторический анализ нормативно-правовых актов, касающихся уголовной ответственности за государственную измену во времена становления национального уголовного законодательства Украины. На основании проведенного исследования делаются выводы относительно историографии развития уголовной ответственности за государственную измену на территории Украины
