Abstract
The author analyzesи actual issues and offers solutions to problems in conditions of rule of law on the legal progress and the level of legal culture of citizens. The author shows an example of a modern legal practice. Автор исследует актуальные вопросы и предлагает пути решения проблемы, возникающей в условиях построения правового государства по вопросам правового прогресса и уровня правовой культуры граждан. Автором приведен пример современной правовой практики.
