Abstract
Studied international and domestic regulations on intangible cultural heritage; set to start legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in Ukraine; identified weaknesses in the implementation of Ukraine’s international obligations, in particular due to the Convention on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage (2003). Исследованы международные и отечественные нормативно-правовые акты по нематериальному культурному наследию; определено начало правовой охраны нематериального культурного наследия в Украине; определены недостатки в выполнении Украиной международных обязательств, в частности, обусловленных Конвенцией ЮНЕСКО об охране нематериального культурного наследия (2003г.).
