Abstract
Ensuring the rule of law, including fighting contravention is one of the main tasks of public administration bodies. This activity cannot be legal and the best one in the absence of a perfect legal mechanism. By Law nr. 208 of 17.11.2016 there have been several modifications and completions to the Contravention Code. The main purpose of publication is the logical and legal analysis of these changes, highlighting successful and less successful changes.
